Nobody is perfect and if you have an eviction, broken lease or any kind of criminal background it can be frustrating looking for an apartment. These properties are not all that forgiving when it comes to things like that. You have to know which ones work with those types of issues. If you don't know and you have something like that to deal with you can drive around for days or even weeks trying to find a property that will work with you. That's where we come in! We know these properties and we know the management companies and so we can find what you need if it is possible to be found. There will be some cases where there might not be a property that will work. For example very recent felonies are hard to place although we might be able to find one or two.
