Once you identify an apartment that meets your requirements, please be sure to share the name of the property with your locator.
When you are ready to proceed with the application process, your locator will be available to answer any questions.
When completing the application you will encounter a section labeled “How were you referred?”
This is typically located at the very beginning of the application when you create your login.
Please ensure that you select “Locator Service” from the drop-down menu.
After selecting this option, a prompt will appear allowing you to enter your locator’s name as well as our company name, A.S.A.P.
It’s THAT EASY!
This step is crucial as it ensures the property recognizes the company and locator responsible for the referral. In return, we are able to allocate a portion of the referral commission to our clients.
If for any reason you don’t see this section, please contact your locator immediately before completing the application.
