I was recommended to Monte years back by a family member and now every time I move or any of my family members and friends need a place Monte is where we start. He is just very knowledgeable about the area and all the apartments around. Most importantly no matter your situation you can be upfront with him and he will tell you who accepts what, although I have never had any broken lease or issues I do know people who do and I can always trust them in Monte's hands. He is also a very down to earth guy and always offered great service.
